Applicants must be high school seniors, with permanent residency in Amherst or Mont Vernon, NH. Students who are enrolled in either public or private schools, as well as home-schooled students, are eligible to apply. Applications are due March 2025 (final deadline TBD).

Past award winners have attended 2- and 4-year colleges and universities, trade schools, and specialty schools. They have come from Souhegan High School, local private schools, and home-school programs.
